Elshia's path to healing work began through her own profound transformation. After years of struggling with anxiety and depression, and later discovering PTSD following an abusive relationship, she found herself in what many would call a "dark night of the soul." It was during her 8-month massage therapy training—which included daily meditation and bodywork—that she experienced a regulated nervous system for the first time in her life.

This awakening revealed a deeper truth: our struggles and darkest moments are often our soul's way of communicating that our life is out of alignment. The pain, the restlessness, the sense that something isn't quite right—these are not obstacles to overcome, but rather invitations from our inner wisdom to pause, listen, and realign with our authentic path.

Through her own healing journey, Elshia discovered that trauma lives in the body and that true healing requires more than addressing symptoms—it demands we listen to what our soul is trying to tell us. She learned that our intuition serves as an internal compass, guiding us toward growth, evolution, and ultimately, our purpose.

Today, Elshia helps others navigate their own healing journeys using various somatic practices including therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, ancestral eating for nervous system regulation, guidance with tapering psychiatric medications, and trauma healing through the Metamorphosis Method and breathwork. She believes that every person's struggles contain the seeds of their greatest transformation—we simply need to learn how to listen to the wisdom our soul is offering and trust it to guide us home to ourselves.
